Hale Doganci, PCC

I spent five years in global talent at Novartis and Accenture, deciding who gets considered for which role. I saw who got picked, and why it was rarely the person doing the most work.

Today I help senior women move from execution to strategic leadership. I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach, creator of the Invisible to Undeniable™ programme and a lecturer at Macromedia University.
